Avalon 1126 PRO S 64T

Canaan implemented several types of the 1126 PRO model in the 11 series, which differed from the base model in the level of hash rate upwards.

In particular, the 1126 PRO S 64T had a 5% increase in performance. Despite the seemingly insignificant increase in hashrate, the ASIC-miner showed power consumption at the level of the base model. This is a paramount parameter for SHA-256 mining, where the cost of electricity accounts for the lion's share of costs.

Avalon 1126 PRO with "S" index was released by Canaan after the launch of the 12 series in summer 2021. The basic 1126 PRO miners had been on the market for exactly one year by then, gaining a reputation as a reliable device for mining cryptocurrency using the SHA-256 algorithm.

The Avalon 1126 PRO S received 16nm sips like the entire 11 series, but featured a higher hash rate with the same power consumption for all devices.
