The Avalon 1026 ASIC miner was the first 10-series model released by Canaan in September 2019. The company used the A3205 chip made according to the 16-nm process to mine cryptocurrency using the SHA-256 algorithm.
Around the same time, Antminer S17 hit the market with 7nm chips, so it surpassed Avalon in hash rate and power efficiency. Customers also asked questions about the 1026's air cooling, implemented with two fans on the same end.

Canaan's first 10-series ASIC miner turned out with the following specifications:

  • Working Algorithm: SHA-256
  • Cooling system: air
  • Processor type and process size: A3205, 16nm
  • Hash rate: 30 TH/s
  • Power consumption: 2070W
  • Energy efficiency: 67 J/TH
  • Operating temperature range: 5-35C
  • Noise level: 70 dB
  • Weight: 8 kg
  • Dimensions: 190x190x292

As you can see from the figures above, despite the fact that the ASIC-miner was released three years ago, the device is still profitable to mine Bitcoin. At the same time, hardware prices have dropped significantly, reducing the cost of entry into mining.

Increase the profitability of mining and accelerate the processing of investment, will help custom and stock firmware, located in a special section of our website. The updates optimize the ASIC-miner operation on the parameters selected over the years of equipment operation.
